The Design and arrangement of spaces in this office extensively promotes the modern work culture. Layout is simple and functional. Playfulness in surface textures and colors is responsible for its positive and healthy work environment. The materials used for wall treatments are-wall papers , leather panels , laminated paneling and paints. The false ceiling is a combination of Gypsum ceiling and acoustic grid ceilings. The cove lights are warm colored and create a cozy atmosphere in the office.

workstations, conference room, Networking equipment and printer areas,

Scope of Work: Concept Development

The layout of the press has been evolved through a process flow chart based on the operations of a printing press. For industrial part standard, economic and safe construction method have been proposed in the design. However, to add the modernity flavour, the office has been given an International look. It is frequently visited by foreign delegations. The entrance has been highlighted with a soaring element and a world map over it.

The spaces created in this office are reception, cabins, open office area with workstations, conference room, brainstorming area, accounts, IT rooms, video shooting studios and washrooms.

The Design and arrangement of spaces in the office extensively promotes modern open office work culture. The office is designed for management team, ensuring that the designed spaces complements the activities like group discussion, presentation, teamwork and other related activities. Abundant Natural light and ventilation makes the space healthier and efficacious.

Use of traditional material in modern geometry beautifies the connectivity and circulation amongst each other. The hall of fame wall has been designed like an oxford library and works as a screen between the workstation area and the conference. A small cutout in this element still maintains the connectivity.
