Experio – Mixed Use Development

This massive mixed use project (approximate 14 Lacs sft) was conceived as one of the largest project by Experion in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The project was designed to have retail shopping, 7 screen multiplex cinema, hyper market, hotel and serviced office spaces along with 3 basements accommodating parking for 1500 cars. The project was completed till the concept and detailing stage. Later on, a housing project replaced this project.

Rajesh Verma, now principal architect of Architectural design protocol", was involved in this project as design Manager at "Vastukriti" who were the resident principal architectural consultants for the project along with "SRSSA", a Singapore based architectural company.

Rajesh Varma's  scope was involved in development and refinement of architectural layouts and concept, adherence to local codes, interior design, façade detailing, and coordination of Services.
