IIHC – Ludhiana

IIHC encompasses Serviced Apartments, Ramada Hotel, Plug In Offices, Convention Centre and Retail developments. Its high-tech glass and steel facade will have the distinction of being Punjab’s tallest Iconic Luxury Tower.
Rajesh Verma, now principal architect of Architectural design protocol", was involved in this project as design Manager at "Vastukriti" who were the Principal architectural consultants for the project along with "HOK", a London based architectural company.
Rajesh Varma's was involved in development and refinement of architectural layouts and concept, adherence to local codes, façade detailing, and coordination of Services. Revit (leading BIM software) was used for modelling, production of drawings and BOQ.
